Dr. Julio Marcolini – Infectious Disease
Dr. Marcolini is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases Specialist, practicing in Metro-Phoenix since 2003.
After graduating from the prestigious Argentinian, Universidad Católica de Córdoba, he trained at Hospital Italiano de Córdoba, later moving for further training and research, in Internal Medicine & Infectious Diseases at University of Texas Houston Medical School with particular focus on Infectious Diseases in Immunocompromised patients at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center including HIV/AIDS.
In addition to his role as Medical Director for Infection Control at Long-term acute care hospitals in the Valley, He has been paramount in management of critically ill patients during the Covid-19 Pandemic at Banner Del Webb Medical Center.
Dr. Marcolini is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, dedicated to managing and treating infectious diseases and providing integral care to patients with these pathologies.
